Hey guys! I've finally finished the long nail mesh I've been working on for weeks. You may not have noticed but Rose Sims made a cute nail mesh a while back, the only thing that I didn't like about it was the flower charm she added. While it is cute, it just wasn't appropriate for some of my ladies' outfits. So, with Rose Sims' permission, I modified her nail mesh into a nice flat one.



My nails have three recolorable parts: the tips, a tip liner, and the nail base. Of course if you wanted the nail to be one solid color, you could just make them all the same color. Like my other short nails, you can color and pattern these to your hearts content!

In Create-A-Sim you'll notice these horrid funky scratches on the nails. Don't fret, it has nothing to do with the mesh or the textures, it's just the awful lighting in CAS that creates such drastic shadows. I assure you in game they look just fine.



These nails are available in all outfit types for females teen through elder. I'm sorry but I just can't see a purpose in making these available for males...it's just too weird. Of course, feel free to recategorize these for males if the need shall arise.

They morph well for fat and skinny sims, and they haven't caused any problems. They are set for random townie use and maternity. So look around for other cute little manicures

The nails have their own custom thumbnail (no pun intended!) so you can easily spot them. They are classified as gloves like my other nails, that way you won't make the mistake of wearing them both. So if you have any other "glove" accessories, you cannot pair these with them. Also, it has come to my attention that some nails tend to go under the sims skin when paired with certain clothing items. Each clothing mesh alters the sims bodyshape slightly which can throw off the nail placement. There is nothing I can do about that....atleast I don't think there is.

I'm really excited that I finally have a new mesh under my belt! Modifying this mesh was harder than I thought it would be, so please don't redistribute these without my permission. You may use these with sims, but I'd like for you to link back here for the nail download. And do not, do not, do not bring these to the exchange or paysites.

Also you can make retextures of this mesh if you'd like. Just please don't bug me about making even longer nails. If removing a simple charm caused me great headaches, I promise you a longer mesh is not going to come around from me
