This is a lovely little modern home for a wealthy couple or an exciting single sim who is loving life. It has a lofted bedroom area, 1 1/2 baths, kitchen, dining area and living room. There is a wrap-around deck and a balcony. The minimalist landscaping makes it easy on the sims while also giving them something pretty to look at. There is also a carport behind the house. This will cause some slight animation problems when the sims try to leave, but it doesn't affect the game. The car will just kinda teleport to the road.
