RE: 21 Object Modding (aka adding interactions)
Thank you very much for all the work you put into this, I really appreciate it.

Would something like this work to create a new object type? I want to create an item from the crib but I don't want the Adults to place toddler in it. I figured I would need two dlls one to override the crib and one to override the crib mimic. It didn't work. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Edit: It did work! Yeah! Thanks ever so much for this tutorial without I'd never accomplished what I wanted to do. Smile

RE: Object Modding (aka adding interactions)
HELP please!! I got as far as adding the references Visual C#. The tutorial shows 11 of them. I only found 5. The tutorial screen is a little blurry so I can't read what they all are. I am using newest test version of s3pe. These are the ones I found:
Sims3GameplayObjects.dll
Sims3GameplaySystems.dll
System.dll
SystemXml.dll
UI.dll

Can I just create them from scratch using the names from the game if I knew what they are?
What do I do now? Huh

Thank you for your time.

RE: Object Modding (aka adding interactions)
Well the references is using the game code to make your mod correlate to it, so making a file and giving it a name will have no code to reference. But i have noticed that there are now only about 5 files, before there were like 20 so it should be alright. If not then you might not find some code you were going to reference.
