Is there any way to change existing world? I want to add some trees to Legend Isles Lyonesse world (http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=390737) but I can't open it in CAW-Tool...

No, there is no way, unless they provide you with the .world, .settings and the folder needed to open it in CAW.

I download create a world than I went in and it told me need to patch the tool in to the game how do I do that could you help me please

You need to update your game to allow Create a World to work.

my sims 3 create a world tool beta keeps crashing... how can i fix that?

You have to wait for EA to patch it. They update The Sims 3 and not Create a World, so it doesn't work at the moment.

The only problem is that you have to install it again...
But now I can make worlds with this (awesome) tutorial!!
